Information

Half booths are not available, but you may purchase a checkout area outside of your booth at a cost of $400 in addition to the rental rate. Merchants are NOT allowed to expand beyond your designated and purchased area.

WiFi and Electricity are available through the Shreveport Convention Center at a total cost of $25 for WiFi and $45 for Electricity for the duration of the show. Approved merchants will pay the Shreveport Convention Center directly for these services, and this info will be included with the approved merchant information packets.

Submission of the 2021 Application Form is not a guarantee that you will be selected. You still must be approved by the Boutiques Committee. A DEPOSIT and PHOTOS of your merchandise must be sent (email and/or mailing address, below) in addition to this form to be considered for the show. Booth placement is at the discretion of the Boutiques Committee.
